Q: Do you do one-off projects?
A: It is not common, as these days I’m working mainly in the Virtual Assistance world, and am booked pretty solid with regular clients.
I occasionally do accept one-off projects on a case by case basis. Contact me and let’s talk!

Q: When will I be billed?
A: All plans are billed on the first of the month, and due within 5 business days.
Please note work will not begin until payment has been made. Be sure to pay on or before the 1st if you’d like to start work on the 1st.

Q: Do unused hours rollover to the next month?
A: No. Unused hours are non-refundable and do not rollover into the next month.

Q: What if I need more hours?
A: If you know that you will be approaching a busy month, and need 10 or 20 additional hours, these hours can be added in advance at the regular rate.
If you only need a few extra hours, they will be billed per hour at a slightly higher hourly rate and added to the following months invoice.

Q: What are your hours?
A: I typically work Monday – Thursday 10am-5pm Central.

Q: I’ve decided on a plan, and am ready to sign up! What are my next steps?
A: That’s so awesome! I can’t wait to work with you! Contact me so we can set up a phone or Skype session. We will talk about all of the details, I’ll send over a form for you to read, sign, and send back over to me. Once we have all that squared away, we can start growing your business together!
